Allyson is so petite that it has taken a bit of getting used to.
No, not to Allyson herself, because we see her all the time and don't notice how small she is.
Rather, it is to every single female who asks how old she is, and then gushes, 'She is so beautiful--and so little (or 'small' or 'petite' or 'teeny')!'
Up to now we have not had kids that ever got the second half of such comments! Heck, Erin was shooting 3-pointers by 2 1/2 months!
Anyway, we just take it in stride and smile quietly to ourselves. At last! A girl who can wear outfits until they wear out!
