We found out 2 days ago that Sarah Palin was going to be in Troy (a town in our county) today, so we got tickets and Cindy and me, her mom and dad, and our neighbor and her friend went for the show. The line was a quarter-mile long when we joined, and by the time we got in, it was still that long (and we were over 2 hours early)! That gave Cindy and her mom time to buy some buttons--Cindy was attracted to a Joe the Plumber button. 
By the time it started, it was standing room only, and as expected, she gave a great speech.

Perhaps Sarah Palin ought to take a leaf out of his book. She's gonna be disappointed when she finally discovers she won't be in charge of the Senate after all.
That is one thing that I really like about McCain - his military service. :o) What a neat rally that must have been.
